Having been with Rydges Fortitude Valley ever since the opening in 2016, Francesco has also spent four years with Rydges Melbourne. After taking the helm at Six Acres, his exquisite menu featuring fresh, local produce and a dedication to only the finest ingredients and perfect flavours has made his creations a hit with all guests.
